What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice from your scheduled counselling session appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $60. If no notice is provided, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
