Tip number one: Get some fresh air! Ok you're probably not really feeling like going outside right now but I suggest you just open a window, open the door, maybe turn on the ceiling fan or the air conditioner because fresh air is uplifting, and stale are keeps you low.
Tip number two: Make sure you are getting adequate nutrition! Regular healthy meals is SO important. If you are making poor food choices of skipping meals all together you are not doing yourself any favours, I’m sorry.
Tip number three: Move your body! Moving your body released feel good chemicals. I know moving your body is probably the last thing you want to do when you're feeling low, but I don’t make the rules, it is what it is.
Now I’m not silly enough to suggest that someone who is currently experiencing clinical depression is going to be able to do the things suggested in these tips, in fact even the smallest and simplest things in such circumstances can be insurmountable feats. If that’s the case, I am going to give you a bonus tip...
Tip number four: Send this blog to someone who cares about you and get them to help you do the tips. I promise you the tips will help, but sometimes you just need a little help to do them.
