4 week wellbeing program
Each month I offer a transformative journey that incorporates, mindful and physical activities with psychoeducation to enhance your mental wellbeing over the 4 weeks. Each 1.5hr session combines evidence-based activities like mindfulness, yoga for relaxation, nature walks, and movement to music, designed to uplift your spirits, increase self-awareness and soothe your mind. You will gain valuable insights into stress reduction, anxiety relief, mood enhancement, and self-expression as well as learning practical strategies and tools to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

Finding Happiness: online program
This 4-week program is designed to guide you towards a happier, more balanced state of being. Sessions will cover how to understand and navigate emotions as well as happiness hacks for finding joy in the everyday. This is your chance to nurture your mind, body, and spirit with practical strategies and self-care rituals that will help you cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and prioritise your well-being in the midst of life's demands.
